OPTAVIA has created over 200 recipes to help you prepare Lean & Green Meals using fresh ingredients that are carbohydrate-controlled, consist of a lean protein, vegetables, and recommended healthy fats. Once you begin the program you’ll have access to the variety of recipes on the OPTAVIA App, available for download in the App (Apple) and Google Play (Android) stores, and with the help of your Coach, you’ll learn how to make healthy meals for you and your family.

That means that every 2 to 3 hours, you’ll get to enjoy delicious, nutritious food that fits your lifestyle.
