Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate, tomato powder, soluble corn fiber, maltodextrin, contains 2% or less of potassium citrate, salt, cellulose gum, onion powder, garlic powder, gum arabic, natural flavors, calcium carbonate, xanthan gum, citric acid, carrageenan, basil.

Each OPTAVIA ASCEND mini meal is packed with 20 grams or more of high-quality protein to help retain lean muscle mass, up to 10 grams of fiber to promote digestive health and a good source of calcium to support bone health. These perfectly portioned mini meals make it easy to stay on track while enjoying balanced nutrition.
Preparation Directions:
Bisque- Pour 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of cold water into a deep, microwave-safe bowl.
- Add 2 level scoops and stir well with a wire whisk.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and let stand 1 minute.
- Microwave for 50 seconds more (watching carefully to prevent boil over) and stir well.
- Let stand for 3–5 minutes and enjoy!
Note: Heating times may vary.
Sauce- ADD ½ cup (4 fl. oz.) of water to a saucepan.
- STIR in 2 level scoops with a whisk.
- Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until thickened.
