These perfectly portioned mini meals make it easy to stay on track while enjoying balanced nutrition.

Mixing Instructions

Preparation Directions:

Waffle
  1. PREHEAT waffle iron.
  2. MIX ½ cup (4 fl. oz.) of water with 2 level scoops in a bowl.
  3. COAT the waffle iron with oil and ADD baking mix.
  4. COOK until golden brown.
Pancake
  1. PREHEAT pan/griddle to medium heat.
  2. MIX ½ cup (4 fl. oz.) of water with 2 level scoops in a bowl.
  3. POUR onto a heated and greased pan or griddle.
  4. COOK for about 7 minutes or until golden brown on one side, FLIP and finish cooking.
Mug Cake
  1. MIX ⅓ cup (3 fl. oz.) of water with 2 level scoops in a microwave-safe container.
  2. MICROWAVE for 2 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and enjoy!
